Garang has been part of our public-services and payments business. He was our Executive Director at the November 2023 signing of the South Sudan Football Association marketing agreement, and our Chief Executive Officer in January 2025.
A regional business focus
In his September 2026 interview with TUKO.co.ke, Garang discussed how permit, payment and cargo references need to remain connected as a shipment moves between institutions and countries.
He described the value of preserving payment history and changes to cargo records, so that staff can follow a transaction from the original application through later corrections.
