Digital tax administration

We provided the technology for the National Revenue Authority’s e-tax portal, launched in 2021 under a public-private partnership. Its services included online taxpayer identification, returns, payments and applications for tax-compliance certificates.

The project connects the information needed by taxpayers and revenue teams within an electronic process.

A more connected record

The service journey begins with a taxpayer and an obligation. A return, an assessment and a payment each create information that must stay attached to the right account.

A digital process gives teams a structured way to follow those records and identify exceptions. Clear references, review responsibilities and transaction histories help staff resolve issues when an amount or status needs attention.
